We, as a company, are always looking to make our customers’ experience better, to that end we will be taking a few steps which will include us migrating our CRM infrastructure from Zendesk to Salesforce in the next few weeks. Salesforce is already a subprocessor for DataStax, no new subprocessor will be used. We are simply condensing the workflow to a single vendor vs multiples.

The ticket submission page will have a few differences with regards to layout, but your experience should remain overall unchanged or in some cases get better. The only major feature that will be changing is the email to case feature. Submitting a ticket via email will no longer be an option. However, you can still respond to already created tickets via email.
