"Discovery Service failed attempt to connect CassandraHost" seen in agent.log

Summary

OpsCenter data can be stored on another cluster outside of the clusters that it is monitoring. Sometimes when this configuration is used the user may see discovery service error appear in the agent.log files.

Symptoms

The following error will be seen in the agent.log file:
