AWS ELB idle timeout terminating Opscenter/Agent Stomp connection

When using Opscenter with the Amazon ELB (Elastic Load Balancing) system, the Stomp connection between an Agent and the main Opscenter process may be terminated by a feature of ELB called the "Idle Connection Timeout".  This setting, which is 60 seconds by default, determines how long ELB will allow an idle socket connection to remain open.  Occasionally the Stomp connection will be idle for over 60 seconds and will be terminated and automatically resumed.  A message will be logged about this terminated.

To fix this issue, the "Idle Connection Timeout" may be increased to a larger value, such as five minutes.  The maximum timeout value is one hour.
